On a bright sunny Wednesday
You came into our world
A sister for Sadie
Chosen from the corner curled

You had our hearts from day one
A small little girl
Needing love and giving more
A spirit to unfurl

You recognized our car
Though with us for but a week
A wagging tail and a bark
All you wanted was our love to seek

Then one day as we returned
You welcomed us with a toothy grin
And softened our hearts to you
As Sadie became your kin

It was as if you were not new
For Sadie and we love you, baby
You our Sunny Bunny
You showed us our life's key

Our Baby gave us everything
Now we wait to hear the bell ring
To know she has her
. . . Angel Wings.
